These terms govern your use of genvia.store and your purchase of products from us. By placing an order you agree to them. Last updated: August 2026.

The product is a general wellness device

The Genvia K1 is a general wellness product intended for the temporary relief of minor muscle and joint stiffness. It is not a medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified healthcare professional.

Talk to your doctor before using the K1 if you have had a joint replacement or other implanted hardware, have a circulation or clotting disorder, have reduced sensation or neuropathy in the area, have an active infection or open wound, are pregnant, or are being treated for any condition affecting the knee.

Use the K1 as directed. Start on the lowest heat setting. Do not use it on numb or broken skin, do not sleep while wearing it, and stop using it if you experience pain, burning, or irritation. The highest heat setting reaches approximately 130°F, which is comparable to a hot bath and can cause burns with prolonged contact.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel any order affected by an obvious error, including after an order is placed — if we do, we refund you in full. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or where an order falls outside the regions we ship to.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our acceptance happens when we ship. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.

Shipping

We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free with no minimum. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, though our late-delivery commitment in the refund policy applies regardless.

Our refund and return policy forms part of these terms.

Your account and conduct

You agree to provide accurate information when ordering, and not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to resell our products without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Genvia name, our product design, photography, and all text on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

Warranty

Beyond your statutory rights and the returns window described in our refund policy, products are provided "as is" without further warranties, express or implied.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. Nothing here removes consumer protections you're entitled to under the law where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
