About Genvia
Genvia sells one thing: a knee therapy unit that combines heat, red and infrared light, and vibration into a fifteen-minute session you can do sitting in a chair at home.
One product is a deliberate choice. It is the number of things we can describe accurately, stand behind, and answer questions about without guessing.
Why this exists
There is a moment most people can't quite date, when the stairs stopped being automatic. You started using the handrail. You began sitting on the aisle. Standing up from the garden bed became two movements instead of one. Nobody announces this to themselves — it just quietly becomes the shape of the day.
What helps is not complicated, and it hasn't changed in a century: warmth to loosen stiff tissue, steady contact around the joint, and gentle movement so it doesn't settle again. The problem has only ever been getting all three, consistently, without booking anything.
How we write about it
Our product page tells you what the K1 actually does, including who it is not for. It is a general wellness device, not a medical one. It will not repair structural damage and it is not a substitute for your doctor or a physiotherapist. If a limitation is worth knowing, we would rather you read it before buying than discover it after.
Getting in touch
Questions about the product, an order, or whether it's right for your situation are all welcome. We would rather talk you out of the wrong purchase than process a return.
