For order questions, your order number gets you an answer fastest. For product questions, tell us a bit about what you're dealing with — we'd rather point you somewhere else than sell you something that won't help.

Before you write

Shipping times, the returns window and what happens if an order runs late are all on our shipping and returns page. If your question is answered there, you'll get the answer faster by reading it than by waiting on us.

A note on medical questions

We can tell you what the K1 does and how to use it. We can't tell you whether it's appropriate for a diagnosed condition, an implant, or a recovery you're partway through — that's a conversation for your doctor or physiotherapist, and we'd rather say so than guess.
