Where we ship

United States and Canada. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within one business day. Delivery then takes 4 to 7 days to most US and Canadian addresses.

You'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number the moment your order ships, and that tracking updates in transit rather than sitting on "label created" for a week.

If it's late

We don't make you chase us. If your order hasn't arrived by day 14, email us and we will refund you in full or send a replacement — your choice — without asking you to wait it out any longer.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery. It doesn't need to be unopened — use it, charge it, strap it on. If it hasn't earned its place, email us and we'll start a return. No restocking fee.

To start a return, email us with your order number and we'll send instructions.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it. You won't need to send the damaged one back first.
