Fifteen minutes and the stairs stop mattering.
Radiant heat to 130°F, red and infrared light, and deep vibration — wrapped around the joint in one quiet session at home.

You've stopped noticing the small adjustments you make.
Taking the stairs one at a time. Sitting on the aisle so you can straighten your leg. Standing up from the garden bed in two movements instead of one. None of it feels like a decision — it just quietly becomes the shape of the day.
What actually helps is unglamorous and well established: warmth to loosen stiff tissue, gentle pressure around the joint, and movement to keep it from settling.
The Genvia K1 does those three things. In your chair. Every day.

Three therapies, one fifteen-minute session.
Most devices in this category do one thing loudly. The K1 layers three at once, wrapped around the whole joint rather than pressed against one side of it.
Three levels to 130°F
Low 113°F, medium 122°F, high 130°F — even warmth around the full circumference of the knee, not the hot-spot flicker of a heat pad. Start on low.
Red & infrared
Red and infrared LEDs sit in the inner panel, directed at the joint through the cloth mesh lining. Used alongside the heat, not instead of it.
Auto, low or high
Motors positioned either side of the kneecap — never on it. Auto cycles between intensities so you don't have to think about it.

Every figure here is from the supplier's specification. Battery capacity and runtime are deliberately absent because we haven't measured them ourselves yet — when we have, they'll appear here.
Every part of it, laid out.

What it does, and what it doesn't.
It's good at
Everyday stiffness and ache. Warming a cold, tight joint in the morning. Recovery after a walk, a run, or a long day standing.
It is not
A medical device, a treatment for any diagnosed condition, a substitute for physiotherapy, or a fix for structural damage. If you've had a knee replacement, have a clotting or circulation disorder, reduced sensation, or you're pregnant — ask your doctor first. We'd rather lose the sale.
How long it takes, and what happens if you don't want it.
Most stores in this category are vague about delivery until after you've paid. Ours is four to seven days to most US and Canadian addresses, with tracking from the moment it leaves.
Order placed. It goes out the same business day and you get an email the moment it ships.
Dispatched and handed to the carrier, with a tracking number that actually updates.
Typical delivery window across the US and Canada.
Try it. If it isn't for you, email us and we'll start a return — no restocking fee.
If it's late, we don't make you chase us. Past day 14 with no delivery, email us and we'll refund you in full or send a replacement, your choice, without asking you to wait it out.
The session, and the fourteen hours around it.
The K1 is fifteen minutes. The brace is the rest of the day. They do different jobs, which is why the Set is how most people buy: brace on through the day, K1 in the chair at night.

One K1 unit and one compression brace, sizes S–L. Breathable knit that stays put through movement.
They ship together, in one box, on one tracking number. Ordering them separately means two parcels arriving days apart, on two tracking numbers, instead of one delivery in four to seven days.

No invented compare-at price on any tier — the number you see is the number you pay. Knee stiffness is rarely one-sided, which is why the pair is priced the way it is.
The questions we actually get.
How long does delivery really take?
Four to seven days to most US and Canadian addresses, with tracking from dispatch. If it hasn't arrived by day 14, email us and we'll refund or replace it immediately.
Do I actually need two?
Only if both knees bother you. One unit moves from knee to knee perfectly well — it just means two sessions instead of one. The pair exists because knee stiffness is rarely one-sided, not because we think you should spend more.
Is 130°F too hot?
It's roughly the temperature of a hot bath, and there are two lower settings. Start on low. Don't use it on numb skin, don't fall asleep in it, and give it a rest between sessions.
Does it need an app?
No. A touch panel on the unit and nothing else. No account, no Bluetooth, no firmware updates.
I've had a knee replacement.
Speak to your surgeon before using it. Heat, light and vibration over an implant is a decision specific to your case and we're not in a position to advise on it.
What if it stops working?
Inside 30 days it's a straight return or replacement, no questions. After that, email us — we'd rather sort it out than point at a policy.
